Atmere Parfums composes, macerates and bottles every order at our own bench. Retail and wholesale are handled by the same small team, so the person who answers is the person who knows your batch number.

Shipping and Returns

Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened bottles can be exchanged once for another composition, because fragrance is personal and the first guess is not always right.
